Nick is a Partner and routinely handles complex litigation matters in state and federal court. He defends claims of medical negligence, including wrongful death. Before joining Gazak Brown, P.S.C. (formerly Darby and Gazak, P.S.C.), Nick was a trial attorney with Kentucky's Department of Public Advocacy, where he tried misdemeanor and felony cases to juries.
